Bupa's Mindplace Maidstone unit seeks a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to customers on short-, medium-, or longer-term bases. You will work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, liaising daily with internal and external services and safeguarding agencies.

The role involves face-to-face sessions, group psychoeducation, and collaboration with clinical leads. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends to meet service demand.

Qualifications

• BACP accreditation required at time of application.
• NCPS professional accreditation is essential.
• UKCP registration as a psychotherapist or counsellor required.
• Minimum of 3 years full-time post-qualification counselling experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with good clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to drive interventions.
• Offer models of service delivery including face-to-face sessions.
• Follow Bupa case management and collaborate with clinical leads.
• Work within sessional limits based on client benefits.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and remote presentations/workshops.
• Maintain autonomy within professional guidelines and policies.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Collaborate to improve client and employee experiences.
