Faircape Restaurant and Catering at Onrus Manor in Hermanus is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Bartender/Waiter. This permanent part-time role offers approximately 12 rostered shifts per month, with shifts generally 4 hours long.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Hermanus area. Duties include serving beverages, wine service, stock management, billing accuracy, and helping with private functions.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as both a Waiter and Bartender is essential.
• Barista experience will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of serving etiquette and basic wine service.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, retirement village or hospitality environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Change table linen and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide professional wine service to residents and guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle resident requests.
