Ideal candidates have HPCSA registration as a Paramedic and CPD awareness; ACLS/PALS/ATLS are advantageous. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and community health improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration with the HPCSA as a Paramedic (CCA / N. Dip EMC / Dip EMC) per HPCSA requirements.
• CPD updates and ongoing professional development are expected.
• ACLS, PALS or ATLS certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Respond to all emergency calls within one minute and non-emergency calls within three minutes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and drug registers; document valuables.
• Ensure proper stock counts and replacement of supplies after calls."
• Ensure vehicle and equipment are checked before shifts and kept clean.
• Attend CME training to maintain CPD compliance and participate in safety audits.
