Netcare 911 in South Africa seeks an Emergency Care Attendant to join its on-site team. The role supports fire suppression, medical response, and admin duties while ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate documentation.

You will be registered with the HPCSA as an AEA, hold a Code 10 license, and maintain CPD. Relevant ITLS/HazMat credentials are advantageous, with a strong safety and teamwork focus.

Formación

• Current HPCSA registration as an AEA with up-to-date HPCSA guidelines.
• PDRP for passengers is required or advantageous.
• Code 10 Driver’s License is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all company and legal documentation essential in the completion of your duty, and to ensure that copies of such documentation are handed to the Operations Manager
• Ensure hospital records are completed in accordance with internal requirements when a patient is delivered via casualty/emergency unit
• Complete E-Patient Report Forms for every patient treated
• Complete paperwork for overtime and leave required
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by Operations Manager
• Respond to emergencies and administer Intermediate Life Support per HPCSA protocols
• Log calls with Netcare 911 Call Centre and obtain Case Numbers
