You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, testing, and the 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps while telling the client story behind the numbers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English for live calls with US clients.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media for B2B clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and provide clear storytelling of results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
