Job summary

Tiger Brands Belville site seeks a Packing Supervisor to oversee daily production, coordinate teams, and ensure targets are met while maintaining safety standards. You will drive Overall Equipment Efficiency to above 85%, optimise machine utilisation, monitor stock, labour, and overtime, and collaborate with Engineering to minimise downtime and implement continuous improvements on the packing lines.
