Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a stock and packaging materials clerk to manage the receipt, storage and issuing of packaging materials to production. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock availability across the production floor.

You will perform stock counts, investigate variances, monitor levels and coordinate replenishment while upholding housekeeping, safety and quality standards. Familiarity with FIFO and good stock control practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions.
• Issue packaging materials to production as required.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate variances.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure FIFO stock rotation and proper storage practices.

• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
