Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Warehouse/Packaging Store Associate to support issuing packaging materials to production, operate a forklift, and maintain accurate stock records. The role requires basic computer skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities include stock counts, put-away, and ensuring safety and hygiene practices in a packaging store and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 and forklift certification, with prior warehouse exposure preferred.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills required.
Experience using ERP/WMS is advantageous.
Good understanding of warehouse and stock-control procedures.

Responsibilities

Issue packaging materials to production per authorised requests and document transactions.
Operate forklift safely and perform pre-use inspections.
Maintain accurate packaging material inventory and perform stock counts.
Assist with put-away and loading/unloading in warehouse and production areas.
Complete material issue notes, transfer documents and stock records.
Follow health, safety and compliance policies and use PPE.
