SAB is seeking a Packaging Hall Engineering Lead to maximise asset care, reliability, and optimisation while managing a skilled engineering team. The role focuses on ensuring quality output at minimum cost, compliant with legislation, and driving continuous improvement across the packaging line.

With a minimum 5 years in Production Maintenance Management and deep asset management expertise, you will guide maintenance strategies, uphold safety standards, and support SAB’s manufacturing excellence

Formación

• BSc Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree.
• Government Certificate of Competence would be highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production Maintenance Management with deep expertise in asset management.
• Experience of managing and running a high-speed packaging line highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee asset care plans for the packaging hall, ensuring required competencies.
• Lead the engineering team to deliver asset care and maintenance for shift-based production teams.
• Audit asset care and maintenance data integrity, ensuring systems work correctly.
• Drive plant reliability by supervising routine and preventive maintenance and optimizing equipment performance.
• Guide plant optimisation trials and evaluate modifications for impact on efficiency and cost.
• Lead the engineering team with clear goals, regular reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards meet SAB policies and legal requirements.
