Zusammenfassung

SAB is seeking a maintenance planning professional to improve plant reliability through TPM development and maintenance/project planning. You will generate maintenance schedules, manage systems, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and compliant maintenance activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 3–5 years production engineering experience with supervisory exposure, and strong planning and problem-solving skills in a brewing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent and trade tested 3 to 5 years production Engineering experience with 3 years in supervisory level.
• Solid understanding of Brewing principles and processes.
• PC literate (Proficiency in Microsoft office applications).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and generate routine maintenance schedules using the maintenance planning system.
• Allocate resources and generate works orders; communicate with production and engineering teams.
• Manage maintenance systems, ensure data integrity, and generate SAP reports.
• Plan required maintenance work, discuss with department heads, and prioritize tasks.
• Apply problem-solving approaches to resolve issues and escalate to engineering when needed.
