Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Cape Town is seeking an experienced engineering leader with a BSc in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or a closely related four‑year technical qualification) to drive maintenance and manufacturing performance in an FMCG environment.

You will champion World Class Manufacturing practices, uphold SHEQ policies, manage costs and lead a high‑performing team to deliver safe, quality products.

Qualifications

• BSc (Mechanical/Electrical) or 4 year relevant technical qualification.
• Relevant financial qualification would be an advantage
• 5 years technical, maintenance and leadership experience in an FMCG environment
• World class manufacturing practices and principles
• SHEQ policies and procedures
