Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FFC from the PPRA.
• Proven sales experience in real estate.
• Strong closing track record in property transactions.
• Deep knowledge of the Paarl and Western Cape market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Proficient in real estate CRM and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers in finding properties that meet needs and budget in Paarl.
• List and market properties, conduct valuations, prepare marketing materials.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the buying/selling process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients and referrals.
• Stay updated on local market trends, values, and regulations.
• Collaborate with agents, lawyers, and banks to smooth transactions.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
