Job summary

You will work with compliant processes, maintain CRM records, meet daily activity targets, and contribute to script improvements while upholding Treating Customers Fairly standards.

Responsibilities

• Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold lead campaigns with consistent energy.
• Take live transfers from lead warmers and carry the client to a sale.
• Present quotes clearly, explain product features, exclusions and costs.
• Close the sale and onboard the client smoothly.
• Capture interactions and consent accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily activity, talk-time targets and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call quality and compliance scores; follow approved scripts and TCF principles.
• Share insights to improve dialing experiments and scripts.

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria.

Requirements

Dial and connect

• Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold lead campaigns with consistent energy and high activity, opening conversations from a cold start.
• Take live transfers from lead warmers, pick up the conversation smoothly, and carry the client through to a sale.

Understand and advise

• Present quotes clearly, explain product features, benefits, exclusions and costs in plain language, and handle objections without pressure.
• Close the sale and set the client up correctly for a smooth onboarding.

Stay compliant and accurate

• Make the required identity, purpose and call-recording disclosures
• Capture every interaction, outcome, disclosure and consent accurately and on time in the CRM.

Deliver and improve

• Meet daily activity and talk-time standards and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call-quality and compliance scores, working to approved scripts and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Share what’s working, support teammates, and contribute ideas to dialling experiments and script improvements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Matric.

• Continuous professional development (CPD) hours maintained once competent.
• A clear criminal, credit (ITC) and FAIS debarment record — part of the honesty and integrity standard under Fit and Proper.

Minimum Required Experience:
