Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the storytelling of ranking progress for clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will drive Technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content priorities, coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts. The role requires clear spoken English for US client calls and agency-wide multi-client management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site structure.
• Define keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and classic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
