Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Search Manager for a fully remote role serving B2B and growing-brand clients. You own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, and AI-assisted content workflows, while coordinating with writers and analysts to deliver measurable results across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO including crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
