Job summary

Red Bull South Africa seeks a logistics and customer service specialist to own the end-to-end order-to-cash and national service delivery for 20,000+ orders yearly across 13 warehouses. You will partner with Demand & Supply planning, manage imports/exports and customs, and oversee POS material control to optimise service levels and costs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or equivalent in a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Strong analytical ability with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Experience in high-volume FMCG logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end order-to-cash and customer service processes across 3PL and internal teams.
Coordinate demand planning, imports/exports, and customs compliance.
Manage POS material planning and reconciliation with sales/promotions.
Drive automation and reporting improvements in the CSC function.
Interface with 3PL partners to ensure accurate stock, shipments and returns.
Lead process improvement initiatives with potential for cost and service gains.
Provide data-driven insights to support operations and business decisions.
