Job summary

SAB in Sandton is recruiting a senior role to lead Customer Experience and Key Accounts within the logistics and commercial functions. You will manage data-driven reviews, align SLAs, forecast collaboratively, and improve order management with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires SAP experience, strong analytical and reporting capabilities, and a solid foundation in sales and distribution processes. You will drive continuous improvement and strategic projects with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum three-year university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Experience Management and/or Commercial functions.
Experience in data analytics with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Experience working within a sales-oriented organisation.

Responsibilities

Engage Key Accounts with data-driven analytics for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Negotiate SLAs and support collaborative forecasting with key stakeholders.
Monitor orders and coordinate with groups to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
Lead internal excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic logistics projects.
