Job summary

Placements24 seeks an energetic Operations Team Leader to guide and support the Paarl-based operations team. You will ensure efficient daily task execution, motivate staff, and help drive productivity and quality enhancements in partnership with the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes implementing procedures, coaching, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup to balance office and field activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Operations is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and safety standards.
