About the Role

Our client, a leading FMCG distributor, is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities at their distribution center in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

This hybrid role involves overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and leading a team of warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

You will play a key role in optimizing workflow, managing inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods to various retail outlets.

This position requires a hands-on approach, with regular interaction both on the warehouse floor and in strategic planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
