About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, from production planning and execution to resource allocation and quality assurance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and driving efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
