The purpose of this position is to lead, plan, coordinate and continuously improve learning, training and development activities across the Medipost Holdings Group and, where approved, for external learners through ensuring that Medi Training Academy as an accredited Skills Development provider. The role ensures that current and future organisational and healthcare workforce capability needs are met in alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, strategic objectives and emerging National Health Insurance-related training opportunities administer programs aligned to business objectives that ensure development of employees and improve their skills and knowledge.
