Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a luxury island lodge in Madagascar. This senior role oversees Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in luxury hospitality operations, strong leadership, and is fluent in English; French is a strong advantage. Lead teams, maintain high standards, and drive operational excellence across departments.

We are looking for a confident and hands‑on hospitality professional who understands luxury service, enjoys developing teams and is able to deliver highly personalised guest experiences in a remote environment.
