Job summary

iStaff (Pty) Ltd seeks an experienced operations leader for its fruit packing division in South Africa. The role oversees multiple departments, manages budgets, and conducts performance management to optimise the workforce while ensuring compliance with safety standards and HR administration.

The position requires a Grade 12, a tertiary qualification preferred, and at least 7 years in a fruit-pack-house environment (citrus preferred), with knowledge of GlobalGAP, SIZA and food safety.
