Job summary

Cleantech 360 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of multi-site service delivery, leading teams of 20–50 staff across cleaning, hygiene, and facilities operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate rosters, and manage budgets while driving service standards.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, SLA reporting, and ensuring health and safety compliance (OHS Act, HACCP, COIDA).

Qualifications

• Matric essential; a qualification in Facilities Management, Operations, or Business Administration advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, contracts, or site management within cleaning, hygiene, or facilities services.
• Proven track record managing teams of 20+ staff across multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of BCEA, OHS Act, COIDA & HACCP principles.
• Computer literate and reporting dashboards proficiency; comfortable with mobile apps.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
