The successful candidate will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, implement strategies to boost efficiency and cost control, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operations with business goals in a dynamic, industrial hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
• Experience with ERP systems and other operations software.
