Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Proven responsibility for P&L, operational budgets, and departmental profitability.
• Extensive management and operations management experience.
• Strong background in Parts Management and Inventory Control.
• Excellent leadership and customer support skills.
• Experience with budgeting, warranty processes, and OEM relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of Parts, Service, and Product Support departments.
• Set and track revenue, gross profit, and customer support targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and address support issues proactively.
• Oversee workshop and field-service performance, monitoring productivity and turnaround times.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and working capital efficiently.
• Support supplier and OEM discussions and elevate support issues as needed.
• Monitor warranty claims, OEM support, and recurring issues.
• Oversee operational budgets, review financial KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide strategic leadership to departmental managers.
• Support team development and succession planning.
