Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or operations is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or lead role experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
