Salt is seeking an Institutional Relationships Specialist for its Client Services & Operations team. The role focuses on secure platform access, document workflows, and operational coordination across banking and custodial partners.

You will support advisors and clients, manage onboarding and changes, and liaise with custodians and banks to resolve queries. Strong admin skills and service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience in Banking, Private Wealth, Investment Operations or Custody Services.
• Experience supporting financial advisors, relationship managers or client service teams.
• Exposure to custodial portals and banking platforms.
• Strong administration and client servicing background.

Responsabilités

• Manage user access and security across banking and custodial platforms.
• Maintain and administer login credentials and permissions.
• Support advisors and internal teams with access requests and platform queries.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with security protocols.
• Provide day-to-day support to advisors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with custodians, banks and service providers to resolve operational queries.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance and operational changes.
