• Strong understanding of geological concepts relevant to resource extraction.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a field environment, often with irregular hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with rig crews and engineers.
• Experience in the Free State province or similar operational settings is beneficial.
