Placements24 is seeking a results-oriented Strategy Consultant focusing on Operations Excellence to join our Centurion practice. You will help clients boost operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs across value chains using lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related quantitative field and 5+ years in operations consulting, with proven leadership of cross-functional teams and

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change.
