Job summary

CleverProfits is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support fast-moving internal AI initiatives and the broader operational backbone of the team. This hybrid role focuses on making AI tools reliable, scalable, and well-adopted while also handling day-to-day operations across the business.

You will help build development projects, utilize AI tools, track adoption, and ensure projects land, last, and improve. This is a high-visibility role with room to grow as our footprint expands.

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering, computer science, AI development, or building AI ventures.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms beyond surface-level familiarity.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to take a project from a starting point and see it through to completion.
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with testing, validation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Help complete project builds from framework through to completion.
• Run quality checks and smoke tests on internal AI tools before rollout.
• Track AI tool adoption and ROI dashboards for leadership.
• Operate the internal pipeline for AI projects and intake processes.

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Operations Analyst to support both our fast-moving internal AI initiatives and the broader operational work that keeps our team running smoothly. This is a hybrid role: most of your time will support AI projects, making sure the AI tools and workflows are built and work reliably, get adopted, and continue delivering value, and the other portion of the role will be to support general operations across the team. You will be assisting to build the various development projects, utilizing AI tools. You will also be the person who makes sure the projects land, last, and improve, while also contributing to the day-to-day operational backbone of the company. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to grow as our footprint expands.

AI Automations & Operations

• Help complete project builds, getting them from the initial framework through to completion.
• Run quality checks and smoke tests on new internal AI tools before they're rolled out; document issues, verify fixes, and coordinate with builders to resolve blockers.
• Track how internal AI tools are used across the team, build and maintain dashboards that report adoption and ROI to leadership, and surface insights that inform what gets scaled, refined, or sunset.
• Help operate the internal pipeline that captures, classifies, and tracks AI projects - keep statuses accurate, ownership clear, and intake processes running smoothly.
• Support pilot rollouts with checklists, communication plans, and cross-team coordination.

Operations Support

• You will learn the day-to-day operations of the business end-to-end, including finance, client management, compliance, and internal workflows.
• You will support the operations manager in daily tasks, stepping in to cover when needed.
• You will develop a deep enough understanding of our processes that you can identify where automation adds the most value.
• You will flag inefficiencies you spot and bring forward concrete suggestions for how to address them.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms beyond surface-level familiarity
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation
• Proven ability to take a project from a starting point and see it through to completion
• Strong follow-through, someone who closes loops without being chased
• Comfortable working independently on a prioritised workload
• Detail-oriented enough to test, validate, and document their own work
• Junior in experience but hungry - eager to prove themselves and grow fast
• Genuinely excited about AI, and passionate to build valuable projects
• Coachable and willing to learn the business from the ground up
• Organised and process-minded enough to learn and cover operational functions
• Strong written communication for async documentation and handoffs
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, project management tools, and operational workflows
