Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and leadership for staff in the area within relevant legislation and prescripts.
• Coordinate holistic nursing care and manage resources and budget to achieve objectives.
• Monitor absenteeism and ensure training and development of staff.
• Implement Quality Assurance programmes including patient safety and infection control.
