Job summary

Smollan is seeking an Operations Intelligence (OI) Manager to ensure organisational effectiveness by optimising and maintaining operational systems, processes and reporting to stakeholders. You will lead the analyses and reporting, supervise the OI team, review processes, design new workflows, deliver training, and collaborate with system developers to implement approved solutions.

• 4–5 years’ experience in a systems/analytical environment.
• Project management experience an advantage.
