Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ has an opportunity available for an Operational Compliance Manager to join the Finance team in Midrand. The main purpose of this role will be to lead and oversee the operational compliance function by establishing, maintaining and continuously enhancing a robust compliance management framework.

The role ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, governance standards and ethical business practices through monitoring, risk assessment, advisory

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent senior certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management or related field with 5–7 years’ experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Internal Audit or Governance roles.
