Qualifications

Post-Matric Engineering qualification (National higher Diploma, National Diploma, Trade Test, BTech or equivalent as a minimum).
Minimum 3 years related work experience within wind industry.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English; local language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Deliver services at an operational level with adherence to processes, safety, quality and performance.
Supervise and coordinate assigned staff; maintain positive working relationships.
Manage safety actions, trainings and inductions for contractors and staff.
Ensure compliance with Vestas standards across site processes and tools.
Monitor site performance and drive continuous improvement; resolve issues with stakeholders.
Approve work performed and technician timesheets; manage planned absences.
Provide first-level technical support to technicians and complete required management reports.
