Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months' experience in a customer service, contact centre, or call centre.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in Durban / Umhlanga.
• Previous BPO or international customer service experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat, or other designated channels.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, accounts and processes.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions within guidelines.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally and seek resolutions.
• Maintain a positive, professional customer-focused approach in every interaction.
• Ensure customers receive clear information and follow up on outstanding queries.
