Job summary

NOA is hiring a Client Site Construction Representative to oversee wind, solar and BESS construction on site, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and compliance with HSE standards. You will liaise with EPC contractors, owner’s engineer and NOA management to drive performance and risk mitigation.

The role requires a B degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with strong project management and safety qualifications, and 5–10 years in renewable energy construction.

Qualifications

• B Degree / B Tech in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Project Management qualification.
• Health and Safety qualification and SACPCMP registration or PMP where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction to ensure schedule adherence and budget.
• Review quality plans and conduct site inspections.
• Manage contract notices and communications on site.
• Coordinate procurement and site stakeholders with NOA team.
• Report progress to Project Steering Committee and lenders.
