Job summary

NOA Group is seeking a Client Site Construction Representative to act as the site face of NOA for wind, solar and BESS construction projects in South Africa. The role focuses on monitoring EPC contractor performance, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and HSE compliance across site activities.

You will manage on-site relations with the EPC contractor, Owner's Engineer, and other stakeholders, drive corrective actions, and support the contract management and procurement processes to deliver

Qualifications

• B Degree / B Tech in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Project Management qualification preferred.
• Health and Safety qualification required.
• Professional registration (SACPCMP Pr CPM) or PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EPC Contractor schedule and drive recovery planning on site.
• Oversee quality plans and ensure site inspections per contract requirements.
• Verify contractor payment milestones and variations.
• Draft contractual notices and coordinate with Contracts Management on disputes.
• Coordinate site procurement and on-site procurement activities.
• Lead daily/weekly progress meetings and manage site risks and compliance.
