Job summary

TFG in South Africa seeks an Online Planner to drive online sales, stock and profitability by developing demand, stock and intake plans across digital channels. You will translate merchandise strategies into actionable online plans, maintain forecasts and collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce and Marketing to optimise performance.

Strong Excel (Power Query, Pivot) and Power BI skills are required, with 2–5 years in merchandise planning or online planning and experience in

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years experience within Merchandise Planning, Online Planning, Retail Planning or Retail Analytics.
Experience in forecasting, inventory management and commercial performance analysis.
Fashion, apparel or omnichannel retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive online sales, stock, margin and profitability performance against targets.
Monitor daily/weekly trade performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Evaluate campaign and promotion performance to maximise commercial outcomes.
Develop and maintain sales, stock, intake and demand forecasts.
Partner with Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce and Marketing and provide data-led recommendations.
Develop dashboards and management reporting frameworks.
Provide actionable insights on customer demand and online performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
