Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) is looking for an Online Planner to drive online sales, profitability and inventory productivity. You will develop demand, stock and intake plans across digital channels to ensure the right product is available for online customers while balancing availability and margin.

You will collaborate with Buying, Merchandise Planning, E-commerce and Marketing teams to translate merchandising strategies into actionable online plans and to provide data-led recommendations for

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Merchandise Planning, Online Planning or Retail Analytics.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory management and commercial performance analysis.
• Fashion, apparel or omnichannel retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive online sales, stock, margin and profitability against targets.
• Monitor daily/weekly trade performance and identify risks or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain sales, stock, intake and demand forecasts.
• Manage stock investment and optimize stock cover, turnover and availability.
• Partner with Buying, Merchandise Planning, E-commerce and Marketing teams.
