Job summary

LekkeSlaap in Cape Town seeks a Property Onboarding Consultant to welcome new hosts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will guide hosts through setup, optimise listings, and provide tools for success.

In a fast-paced, target-driven role, you will communicate effectively in Afrikaans and English and maintain strong host relationships. Hybrid setup after probation, with modern offices at the V&A Waterfront.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
• Copywriting experience is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of the accommodation industry and changes within the market.
• Exceptional communication skills, in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new property partners on the LekkeSlaap platform.
• Guide hosts on creating and optimising listings, including photos and descriptions.
• Conduct training sessions for new hosts on platform features and functionality.
• Update profiles and property information for hosts.
• Write and optimise property listings to meet brand standards.
• Communicate procedures clearly to ensure host understanding and compliance.
• Provide ongoing onboarding support and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Monitor performance of onboarded properties and suggest visibility strategies.
• Gather host feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends to advise on best practices.
• Maintain records of onboarding activities.
• Build positive relationships with property owners.

We are looking for a dynamic Property Onboarding Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new hosts to our platform, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience. In this fast-paced, target-driven role, you will be responsible for guiding hosts through the setup process, providing expert advice on optimising their listings and equipping them with the necessary tools to maximise their success. Your role will involve proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure hosts feel confident and supported from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire onboarding process for new property partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the LekkeSlaap platform.

• Assist new and existing hosts with updating profiles and property information.

• Communicate procedures and policies clearly to ensure host understanding and compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve onboarding-related queries and technical or content issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor performance of newly onboarded properties and offer strategies to boost visibility and bookings.
• Gather host feedback to identify pain points and suggest process improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends to advise property owners on best practices and competitive strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
• Work towards achieving individual and team onboarding targets to contribute to overall business growth.

Salary:

• Basic Salary: R15 750 / month
