Job summary

Crew Life At Sea Ltd. is recruiting Hotel Fitters for an international cruise line placement. You will maintain, repair and install interior furnishings and shipboard structures across cabins and public areas.

The role requires hands‑on carpentry, attention to safety, and the ability to read design specs. Onboard accommodation and meals are provided, with comprehensive medical coverage and travel support included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a carpenter/handyman in interior fit-out or shipboard environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or design specs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good command of English or CEFR A2+ level and ability to work in an international crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and installations on woodwork, furniture, wall panels, and interior fittings.
• Repair and replace hardware, fixtures, doors, and cabinetry across cabins and public areas.
• Carry out maintenance using carpentry tools and ship-approved materials.
• Assist in setup or modification of interior spaces for hotel operations.
• Collaborate with Hotel Maintenance and Housekeeping teams; support Deck Team during emergencies.
• Maintain compliant and safe workspace; store tools properly.
