Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager in Johannesburg to oversee the operational performance, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of assigned facilities. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems run safely and efficiently.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 7–10 years of facilities management experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory

• 7–10 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Monitor building performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate work assignments and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies.
• Manage relationships with service contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for assigned facilities.
• Plan and execute capital improvement projects and major maintenance initiatives.
• Communicate proactively with clients and occupants about maintenance activities and system performance.
