Job summary

Cyberlogic is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to ensure seamless operation of Microsoft-based end-user systems. You will provide top-tier technical support, optimize security, and collaborate with clients to improve efficiency.

The role focuses on Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint, with on-site duties at client sites in the Western Cape. A strong customer-service orientation and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Experience with on-site end-user support and project participation on Infra-related initiatives.
• Hands-on with Azure resources, AD, Intune, and Office 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft-based end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, related software).
• Provide technical end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage endpoint security to protect data confidentiality and integrity.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts with proper access controls.
• Monitor and apply software updates, patches, and security fixes daily.
• Design workstation data backup and recovery strategies.
