Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) services and resources.
• Administer network devices, firewalls, and security systems to ensure network integrity.
• Implement and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery operations, and security patching.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution.
