Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) completed.
• At least 3 years retail experience.
• Budgeting skills and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of store associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through coaching.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store layout and product displays.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assist in reporting on sales and inventory.
• Contribute to merchandising planning and campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to execute store vision.
