Job summary

Qualifications

• Autonomous maintenance AM Step 4 and progressive maintenance PM Step 3 systems.
• Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently with AM/PM standards.
• Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma knowledge including AM/PM pillars.
• Leading line teams and handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
• Influencing people in a union environment and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis and loss elimination actions.
• Apply AM/PM standards and support new product development efforts.
• Ensure safety processes and quality assurance activities are observed.
