Job summary

Port Elizabeth, South Africa-based Mondelēz International is hiring for a full-time manufacturing maintenance role. The successful candidate will operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets, lead shutdowns, perform root-cause analysis, and support new product development during shifts.

We seek 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a trade certificate (Mechanical/Electrical).

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous maintenance and PM systems.
• Experience in manufacturing environment as an artisan.
• Knowledge of IL6S PM & AM pillar methodology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Support new product development and resource allocation during shifts.
