Job summary

City Logistics seeks a motivated Site Supervisor for a fixed-term contract to oversee daily transportation and customer service activities at the client site. You will ensure efficient workflows, maintain service standards, and comply with operational requirements.

The role requires supervising and coordinating a diverse team, managing stock receipt and allocation, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. This position is on-site in Gauteng and closes on 25 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Matric and a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in logistics in a similar role.
• 2+ years supervising operational staff in logistics/transport.
• Strong communication, Excel literacy and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and customer service operations.
• Allocate and receive jobs and stock; prepare manifests and delivery notes.
• Plan loads and coordinate space bookings; maintain health and safety standards.
• Coordinate dispatch plans and report operational issues promptly.
• Generate dispatch reports and reconcile job records.
