Job summary

Spinnaker Software in Gauteng is seeking a site services technician to perform on-site preventive maintenance by servicing clients’ computer equipment and reporting findings to the manager.

You will travel to client sites, install and maintain hardware and software, and support FMCG retail operations with cabling and administration tasks. A valid driver’s license and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• IT qualification or A+ N+ minimum.
• Hardware and Software experience required.
• Experience in cabling implementation recommended.
• Ability to impart and capture product information (administration).
• Microsoft Skills required.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime and weekends.
• POS/Retail FMCG knowledge/experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance by servicing clients' computer equipment.
• Report all findings to the branch manager.
